Beirut Club lands Angok Deng

Angok Deng

Beirut Club (LBL) tabbed 33-year old Australian-South Sudanese 203cm forward Angok Deng (college: Baylor). Deng played recently at Al Ittihad Alexandria in Egyptian Superleague. The last summer he played at Al Ahly Tripoli (D1) in Libyan league.
He was a member of Australian U22 National Team back in 2015.
Deng is a very experienced player. And here thanks to pro basketball he experienced life in seven different countries playing on five different continents. He is familiar with European, Asian, Australian, African and of course North American leagues. Deng has played previously professionally in Finland (Korihait), Poland (MKS), Qatar (Al Shamal), Saudi Arabia (Ohod), Australia (Kings, Bullets, Hawks, Cobras and Cougars), Lebanon (Tadamon and Louaize) and NBA G League (Texas Legends). His team made it to the Australian NBL Semifinals in 2019 and 2021.
He graduated from Baylor University in 2015 and it is his tenth season in pro basketball. Deng played also for Lee College for 2 years.
