Deng Acuoth (ex Keilor T.) is a second import added to the roster of Kalleh

Newly promoted Kalleh Mazandaran Amol (Superleague) added to their roster 27-year old South Sudanese-Australian international 208cm center Deng Acuoth for season 2024-25. Acuoth is the second import player in the roster as USA Dwight Buycks signed here earlier.
He played this summer at Keilor Thunder in Australian NBL One. He managed to play in four leagues in three countries last year (!!!). In 10 NBL One games just recently he recorded 12.5ppg, 11.3rpg and 1.7bpg. The last season he played at Sagesse in Lebanese LBL where in 9 games he averaged 7.9ppg, 7.9rpg and 2.1bpg. He also played 8 games in West Asia Super League where he had 10.0ppg, 7.5rpg, 1.0apg and 2.6bpg. He helped them to make it to the group semifinals. The other team he played that season for was Al Arabi in Qatari QBL. In 10 games he got 9.0ppg, 9.9rpg, 1.0apg and 1.7bpg. Acuoth also spent pre-season at Al-Muharraq (Premier League) in Bahrain league. He has been regularly called to South Sudanese Senior National Team since 2020.
Acuoth has played previously professionally also in Georgia (Margveti).
Among many awards he was voted Eurobasket.com All-Caucasus Basketball League Defensive Player of the Year in 2022.
