Golden Bulls land Carlik Jones

Carlik Jones

The Zhejiang Golden Bulls (CBA) have signed Carlik Jones, a 25-year-old South Sudanese international point guard who stands at 185cm tall. Jones previously played for the Louisville Cardinals in college and began this season with the Chicago Bulls in the NBA.
Part of last season, he spent time with the Bulls in the NBA, where he averaged just 2.9ppg in 7 games. Despite this, he had a successful season and was awarded the USBasket.com All-NBA G League Player of the Year and was voted to the USBasket.com All-NBA G League First Team. He also played for the Bulls in the NBA. In those 7 games, he only managed to score 2.9ppg. It was an impressive season for him, earning him the USBasket.com All-NBA G League Player of the Year title and a spot on the USBasket.com All-NBA G League First Team. Additionally, he received a call-up to the South Sudanese Senior National Team this year.
He has also played professionally for other teams in the USA, such as the NBA's Dallas Mavericks and Denver Nuggets, as well as the NBA G League's Texas Legends and Windy City Bulls.
In 2020, his team reached the Big South Conference Tournament Semifinals, earning him several awards. He was honored with the All-Big South Conference Player of the Year award in the same year.
He graduated from the University of Louisville in 2021, and this is his third season in professional basketball. He also played for Radford University for four years.
