Lebanon enter the Final in Dubai at the Arab Basketball Cup 2022. They overcame Somalia 87-72 in the semifinal game. Lebanon took a 24-22 lead at the start and added a 24-19 rally in the second period. Moreover they won the third quarter 20-13 and closed the game with a 19-18 run.
Jad Khalil (186-PG-96) top-scored for the winners with 16 points, whilst Ater Majok (208-C-87, college: UConn) and Hayk Gyokchyan (203-F-90, college: F&M) netted 15 each. Ahmed Aden scored massive 28 points in a loss, whilst Warsame Mohamed (203-F-96) had 15.
