Vanoli Basket Cremona (Serie A) added 21-year-old Senegalese international small forward Ousmane Ndiaye (210cm-2004) to their roster for the 2025-26 season. He is the second foreign player on the team, with USA's Tajion Jones signing earlier. Ndiaye played last season at Coviran Granada in the Spanish Liga Endesa, averaging 3.7ppg and 3.2rpg in 13 games. He also played for Cazoo Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz in Liga Endesa, averaging 3.4ppg and 1.7rpg in 7 games.
Ndiaye represented Senegal at the FIBA U18 African Championship in Madagaskar three years ago. He was the best scorer at the event with 15.5 ppg, while he added 10.7 rebounds per game.
Ndiaye has played previously in Germany (Dragons Rhoendorf) and Spain (Zunder Palencia, Grupo Eleyco Baskonia 2nd team, and Venta de Banos).
Despite his young age, he had an impressive career. His team was the regular season runner-up in the Spanish League in 2023. He was also voted the Eurobasket.com All-German 2.Bundesliga Pro B Newcomer of the Year in 2022.
