Chalons-Reims add Ba to their roster

Idrissa Ba

Champagne Chalons-Reims Basket (ProB) added to their roster 22-year old Senegalese center Idrissa Ba (210cm-2002). He already started the season at ESSM Le Portel Cote d'Opale (Betclic ELITE ProA). Betclic ELITE ProA was a little too high level for him, where in 10 Betclic ELITE ProA games he recorded just 1.5ppg and 1.9rpg. ProB will be definitely a better match and he can see more playing time. He also played 6 games in FIBA Europe Cup where he averaged 4.7ppg and 5.2rpg. The last season season he played at another French team Pau Lacq Orthez.
Ba has played previously for four other teams: Metropolitans, STB Le Havre, Saint Thomas Basket Le Havre and Levallois.
He played in the final of French ProA in 2023.
