Boubacar Toure (ex Valencia) signs at Flying Leopards

Defending champion Liaoning Flying Leopards (CBA) landed 28-year old Senegalese ex-international 213cm center Boubacar Toure (college: EMU). He was top rebounder at Valencia Basket in Spanish Liga Endesa. In 14 games he averaged 4.0ppg, 4.4rpg and 1.2bpg last season. He also played 21 games in Euroleague where he had 4.0ppg and 4.1rpg.
The previous (2022-23) season he played at Tofas (BSL) in Turkish league. Toure was a member of Senegalese Senior National Team between 2021 and 2022.
He has played also professionally in France (Chorale de Roanne) and Turkey.
Among many awards his team was regular season runner-up in WAC in 2016. Toure was voted to MAC All-Defensive Team back in 2020.
He graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 2020 and it will be his fifth season in pro basketball. Toure played also for Grand Canyon State University for 2 years.
