Trepca tabs Mouhamed Barro

Mouhamed Barro

Defending champion KB Trepca Mitrovice (Superliga) signed 29-year-old Senegalese 204cm forward Mouhamed Barro for the upcoming season. He played for BC CSU Sibiu in the Romanian Liga Nationala for the last two years. Barro played in three different competitions that year, gaining experience at various levels. In 30 Liga Nationala games, he averaged 8.4ppg and 4.9rpg last season, earning the title of League Player of the Week. Additionally, he played 5 games in the FIBA Europe Cup, averaging 9.6ppg, 6.2rpg, and 2.0spg.
Barro is a very experienced player. He has played in France (Lille Metropole), Spain (Gran Canaria, Melilla, La Palma, CBA Gran Canaria 2nd team, and CB Gran Canaria 2014 Las Palmas 2nd team), and Venezuela (Gaiteros).
His team made it to the League Semifinals in 2023, finishing with a record of 12 wins and 4 losses.
