Gora Camara agreed terms with Rimini

Rivierabanca Basket Rimini (Serie A2) has added 23-year-old Senegalese-Italian international 214cm center Gora Camara to their roster for the 2024-25 season. Camara, who most recently played for Nutribullet Treviso Basket (Serie A), averaged 3.0ppg and 2.9rpg in 21 games last season. He previously played for Virtus Bologna in Serie A during the 2022-23 season, where he averaged 2.0ppg and 1.2rpg in 24 games. Camara has been a regular member of the Senegalese Senior National Team since 2023. Serie A2 will provide him with more playing time and a better match.
Camara has played previously for three other teams: Pesaro, Monferrato, and Virtus Segafredo Bologna U18 team.
He was named to the Adidas Next Generation Tournament All-Tournament Team in Valencia back in 2019.
