Grupo Ureta Tizona Burgos (LEB Gold) re-signed 25-year-old Senegalese 210cm power forward Abdou Thiam for the upcoming season. He has played there for the last two seasons, helping them reach the semifinals.
Thiam has played ppg for three other teams: Azpeitia Juaristi Iraurgi Saski Baloia, Coruna, and Betanzos.
Thiam's team won the Spanish LEB Plata Cup in 2023.
