   #1. This week's number one is former international center Moussa Diagne (211-94, currently plays in Spain). Diagne led Andorra to a victory over the second-ranked Burgos (4-1) 87-74 in the Spanish Liga Endesa in Saturday night's game. He was MVP of the game. Diagne had a double-double by scoring 19 points and getting 13 rebounds in 24 minutes on the court. MoraBanc Andorra (3-2) is placed sixth in the Liga Endesa. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. Diagne has relatively good stats this year: 12.6ppg, 7.6rpg, 2FGP: 64.9%(24-37) and FT: 71.4% in five games he played so far. He has a dual citizenship: Senegalese and Spanish. Worth to mention he played also at Eurobasket Summer League, which helped him get the job in pro basketball. Diagne played for the Senegalese senior national team three years ago.

   #2. Second place goes to an international power forward Ibrahima Faye (207-97, currently plays in Basketball Champions League). He was the major contributor in a 3-point Antwerp Giants' victory against the closely-ranked Bandirma (0-2) 93-90 in the Basketball Champions League last Wednesday. Faye recorded a double-double by scoring 16 points and getting 10 rebounds. He also added 4 blocks and 3 steals. Telenet Giants Antwerp (1-1) is placed fifth in the Basketball Champions League. But the season just started, so everything may happen. It's Faye's first year with the team. This season Faye averages: 7.8ppg, 5.8rpg, 1.3apg, 1.3bpg, 1.8spg, 2FGP: 45.5% and FT: 61.1%. He is in the roster of the Senegalese senior national team.

   #3. The Senegalese player who performed third best last week abroad was an international center Youssou Ndoye (213-91, college: St.Bonaventure, currently plays in France). Ndoye could not help JSF Nanterre (4-1) in their last game. Despite his very good performance JSF Nanterre lost 91-98 on the road to the much lower-ranked (#11) Chalons-Reims. Ndoye had a double-double by scoring 26 points and getting 10 rebounds in 29 minutes. But the season is still in it's first stage and everything can happen. Ndoye has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages: 17.3ppg, 7.0rpg, 2FGP: 74.4%(29-39) and FT: 73.3% in four games. Ndoye is also a member of the Senegalese senior national team.

   #4. Point guard Clevin Hannah (179-87, agency: BeoBasket, college: Wichita St., currently plays in EuroCup) is a teammate of previously mentioned Moussa Diagne. But that was another game of his team in Eurocup which we would like to mention. Hannah contributed to an easy victory against the closely-ranked Rishon (1-3) 86-67. He recorded 13 points and added 9 passes. MoraBanc Andorra (2-2) is placed fourth in group A. It's Hannah's first season with the team. This year Hannah has relatively solid stats: 10.3ppg, 1.3rpg and 6.3apg. He is another player who holds two passports: Senegalese and American. Hannah used to play for the Senegalese national team back in 2017.

Former U18 international center Youssoupha Fall (221-95, currently plays in Euroleague) contributed to an easy victory against the 15th-ranked Olympiacos (1-3) 82-66 in the Euroleague last Friday. He recorded 8 points, 16 rebounds and 2 blocks in 27 minutes. Kirolbet Baskonia Vitoria (2-2) is placed eighth in the Euroleague. But there are still lots of games to play and it's a long way to go. This year Fall's overall stats are: 4.8ppg, 6.5rpg and 1.8bpg in four games. He has both Senegalese and French nationalities. Fall used to play for the Senegalese U18 national team seven years ago.

   #6. Center Mamadou Ndiaye (229-93, college: UC Irvine, currently plays in Mexico) was not able to help Correcaminos (2-14) in their last game on Saturday. Despite his very good performance the seventh-placed Correcaminos (2-14) was defeated 100-90 in Tampico by the higher-ranked Huracanes (#5) in the East group. Ndiaye was the top scorer with 22 points. He also added 9 rebounds and 3 blocks. The Regular Season already ended. Ndiaye has reliable stats this season: 12.2ppg, 10.3rpg, 1.1apg and 1.4bpg. He is a former international player as he played for the Senegalese senior team three years ago.

An experienced U19 international power forward Amar Sylla (206-1, currently plays in Basketball Champions League) managed to help Filou Oostende in a victory against the closely-ranked Hapoel Holon (0-2) 101-86 in the Basketball Champions League on Tuesday night. Sylla scored 5 points and blocked 2 shots in 19 minutes. Filou Oostende (1-1) is placed sixth in the Basketball Champions League. This year Sylla's total stats are: 2.5ppg, 3.5rpg and 2.0bpg in two games. He is also Senegalese U19 national team player.

He was the second best scorer with 8 points. Faye also added 4 rebounds and 2 blocks. Crvena Zvezda was defeated 73-65 at home by the second-ranked FC Barcelona. Faye has averaged so far 6.5ppg, 4.8rpg and 1.3bpg. He is also in the roster of the Senegalese national team.

   #10. Power forward Maurice Ndour (206-92, college: Ohio, currently plays in Spain) couldn't help Valencia Basket in their game against Unicaja Malaga (3-2) in the Spanish Liga Endesa. Ndour scored 8 points in 17 minutes. his team was badly defeated 79-63 in Malaga by the much lower-ranked (#8) Unicaja. Ndour has averaged so far 7.0ppg and 2.5rpg in two games. He is an international player who is currently on the senior Senegalese National Team roster.

   #11. International center Cheikh Mbodj (208-87, agency: Octagon Europe, college: Cincinnati, currently plays in France) couldn't help Pau-Lacq-Orthez in their game against ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket in the French Jeep ELITE ProA. He scored 8 points in only 13 minutes. His team lost 68-76. Mbodj has averaged so far 8.8ppg, 3.6rpg and 1.4bpg in five games. He plays currently for the Senegalese national team.

   #12. International power forward Jules Aw (202-86, currently plays in Switzerland) couldn't help Massagno (5-5) in their last game. Despite Aw's very good performance Massagno was edged 94-92 on the opponent's court by the lower-ranked (#7) Boncourt. He was the second best scorer with 19 points. Aw also added 5 rebounds in 37 minutes. Aw has very impressive stats this year: 16.3ppg, 8.3rpg and 2.3apg in four games. He is also in the roster of the Senegalese national team.

   #13. International guard El Hadji Badio (188-99, currently plays in Spain) couldn't help Barca II in their game against Real Murcia in the Spanish LEB Silver (third division). Badio scored 9 points and had 4 steals in 21 minutes. His team was crushed by 43 points 92-49. Badio has averaged so far 10.0ppg, 2.3rpg, 2.5apg and 1.3spg in six games. He used to play for the Senegalese national team last year.

   #14. International center Gorgui Dieng (211-90, college: Louisville, currently plays in NBA) contributed to an easy victory against the Charlotte Hornets crushing them 121-99 in the NBA on Friday night. Dieng recorded only 2 points. It was his first game for Minnesota Timberwolves this season. Dieng used to play for the Senegalese national team last year.

   #15. Former international center Bamba Fall (217-86, agency: Players Group, college: SMU, currently plays in Spain) contributed to an easy victory against the ninth-ranked Ourense crushing them 85-58 in the Spanish LEB Gold (second division) in Friday night's game. He scored 9 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in only 14 minutes. Fall's stats this year are: 14.6ppg, 9.2rpg and 1.2bpg in five games. He used to play for the Senegalese national team twelve years ago.

   #1. Amath M'Baye (206-PF-89, college: Oklahoma, currently plays in Turkey) contributed to an easy victory against the league outsider ITU BB (0-4) crushing them 105-67 in the Turkish BSL on Saturday night. He recorded 9 points. Pinar Karsiyaka SK Izmir (4-0) is placed second in the BSL. So far his team won all four games in the Regular Season. M'Baye has reliable stats this season: 11.5ppg, 2.8rpg and 1.3apg. He has a dual citizenship: Senegalese and French.

   #2. Michel Diouf (208-C-89, currently plays in FIBA Europe Cup) could not help Bakken (0-1) in their last game. Despite Diouf's good performance Bakken lost 81-87 at home to the second-ranked Kormend. He was the second best scorer with 14 points. Diouf also added 6 rebounds and 2 blocks in 26 minutes. It was his first game for Bakken this season. Diouf is one of the most experienced players in a team as it's his fifth year in Bakken's roster.

   #3. Abdoulaye Gueye (206-F-94, college: Georgia Tech, currently plays in Turkey) was not able to help Final Spor (1-1) in their last game. Despite Gueye's good performance Final Spor lost 74-86 on the road to the lower-ranked (#7) Bandirma Kirmizi. He scored 13 points, grabbed 9 rebounds and made 3 blocks in 20 minutes. Gueye's stats this year are: 12.5ppg, 7.5rpg, 2.5bpg and 3.0spg in two games he played so far.

   #4. Elhadji Seck (204-PF-90, agency: Interperformances, college: Idaho, currently plays in Japan) was the major contributor in a Tokyo CR's victory against the closely-ranked Saitama Broncos (3-4) 68-63 in the Japanese B3 League last Monday. Seck recorded a double-double by scoring 11 points and getting 16 rebounds. He also added 3 assists. Tokyo Cinq Reves (3-8) are placed ninth in the B3 League. Seck averaged so far 10.5ppg, 9.0rpg, 2.7apg and 1.1spg.

   #5. Bamba Diouf (198-F-93, currently plays in Japan) led Iwate Big Bulls to a victory against the closely-ranked Okayama (4-5) 80-66 in the Japanese B3 League in Saturday night's game. Diouf recorded a double-double by scoring 16 points and getting 12 rebounds. Iwate Big Bulls (5-3) are placed fourth in the B3 League. It was his team's fifth consecutive victory in a row. Diouf averaged so far 13.5ppg, 6.3rpg and 1.3apg.

   #6. Sidy Djitte (208-C-94, college: Clemson, currently plays in Russia) was not able to secure a victory for Spartak Primorie Vladivostok in their game against Uralmash in the Russian Superleague 1 (second division). He scored 8 points and grabbed 7 rebounds in 15 minutes. His team was edged 77-75. Djitte has averaged so far 4.7ppg and 5.7rpg in three games.

   #7. Diarra Sidate (210-F-90, currently plays in Japan) managed to help Cyberdyne Ibaraki Robots to win against the fourth-ranked Kumamoto Volters 86-70 in the Japanese B2 League on Sunday night. He scored only 4 points, grabbed 10 rebounds and made 2 blocks. Sidate has averaged so far 5.3ppg and 4.6rpg. He is another player who holds two passports: Senegalese and Japanese.

   #8. Mamadou Niang (209-C-94, currently plays in Spain) couldn't help Real Betis in their game against Baskonia in the Spanish Liga Endesa. Niang scored only 4 points. It was his first game for Real Betis this season. His team was defeated 84-73.

   #9. Alioune Senghor (200-C-96, currently plays in Spain) led Xiria to a 1-point victory over the eighth-ranked Culle 72-71 in the Spanish EBA (fourth division) on Saturday night. Senghor was the best player in that game. He had a double-double by scoring 24 points and getting 16 rebounds in 34 minutes. Senghor's stats this year are: 15.0ppg, 8.0rpg and 2.0spg in three games.

   #10. Ilimane Diop (210-C-95, currently plays in Spain) faced previously mentioned Mamadou Niang in the Spanish Liga Endesa last game. Diop contributed to Baskonia's victory against the league outsider Real Betis 84-73. He scored only 2 points. Diop has averaged so far 4.6ppg and 2.0rpg. He has both Senegalese and Spanish nationalities.
