HAMADY N'DIAYE

Scandone Avellino (Serie A) confirmed in their roster 31-year old Senegalese international center Hamady N'Diaye (213-109kg-87, college: Rutgers). He is a dual citizen owning also Filipino passport. N'Diaye played there last season. In 19 Serie A games he recorded 6.0ppg, 4.6rpg and 2.3bpg. He also played 14 games in Basketball Champions League where he averaged 5.4ppg, 3.7rpg and 1.8bpg.
The previous (16-17) season N'Diaye played at Unicaja Malaga (Liga Endesa) in league. But in 13 games he had just 1.8ppg, 1.6rpg and 1.2bpg. He also played 10 games in Eurocup where he got 4.6ppg, 2.2rpg and 1.2bpg.
N'Diaye has tried to make it to the NBA and played in the NBA Pro Summer League in 2013.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he won Chinese NBL championship title in 2014. N'Diaye was also voted Eurobasket.com All-Israeli League Defensive Player of the Year in 2016.
He represented Senegal at the Afrobasket Championships last year.
N'Diaye is quite experienced player. His career allowed him to visit three different continents, while he played in four different countries. N'Diaye tasted the life as pro basketball player in Europe, Asia and of course North America. He has played previously professionally in Lebanon (Byblos), NBA (Brooklyn Nets and Sacramento Kings), NBA G League (Reno Bighorns, Maine Red Claws and Delaware 87ers) and China (Guangzhou Liu Sui and Guangxi).
N'Diaye attended Rutgers, The State University until 2010 and it will be his ninth season as a professional player.
