ASC Ville de Dakar overcame Dakar Universite Club to seal 2017/18 title. They posted a 68-54 win in the Final game of the campaign. Ville de Dakar led 32-27 at the halftime and managed to increase the lead later in the second half. Sabelle Diatta (186-F-86, college: Northeastern JC) was named MVP of the Final as she nailed 17 points. Fatoumata Diango (86) received the fair-play trophy, while Ndeye Khady Dieng became the best in the assists category.

Dakar Universite Club overcame Saint Louis Basket Club 68-48. They became the winners of the 2018 Cup edition in Senegal. Dakar Universite Club looked better in the first half and grabbed 27-22 advantage, They pushed the tempo for good in the second half for the total success. Ndeye Fatou Ndiaye (94) top-scored with 21 points. Malienne Nassira ended up with 16 points in the losing effort.
