South Sudanese Swingman Ruai Luak (198-G/F-2004) had an amazing evening in the last round for East Africa University, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 16.
The 21-year old player was the main contributor (32 points, six rebounds and six assists) to his team's victory, helping them to outclass, the league's bottom-ranked team Inspired Gen. (#9, 0-15) with 65-point margin 125-60. EAU maintains the 7th position in Rwandan RBL. EAU is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 5-7 record. In the team's last game Luak had a remarkable 83.3% from 2-point range. He just recently signed at EAU, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Ruai Luak averages this season 13.8ppg and 5.6rpg.

The second best player in last round's games was Samuel Asiribo of Inspired Generation. Asiribo had a very good evening with a double-double of 15 points and 15 rebounds. Bad luck as Inspired Gen. lost that game 60-125 to slightly higher-ranked EAU (#7, 5-7). Inspired Gen. are still at the very bottom. 15 lost games are too many considering they did not win any game. Asiribo is one of the most experienced players at Inspired Gen. and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

Third on the list of top players last round was another EAU's star - Ben Ndayishimiye Cyiza. Cyiza scored 19 points and passed 7 assists. He was another key player of East Africa University, helping his team with a 125-60 easy win against Inspired Gen. (#9, 0-15). Cyiza has a very solid season. In 12 games in Rwanda he scored 13.7ppg.

The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3*(REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4*(2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3*(2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3*(3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
