Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The most interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Kigali: UGB (#6) and Azomco (#8). UGB (6-6) smashed visiting Azomco (3-10) by 30 points 95-65. UGB made 22-of-29 free shots (75.9 percent) during the game. They also forced 20 Azomco turnovers. UGB looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of Cameroonian Valentin Lele (185-2004) who helped to win the game recording 19 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists and Ghanian James Amotoe (-1998) who added 13 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists during the contest. At the losing side Jarode Aworet (-2001) responded with 5 points, 15 rebounds and 7 assists. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. UGB moved-up to fifth place. Azomco lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the eighth position with ten games lost.
Bottom-ranked Inspired Gen. (0-15) is still winless. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their 15th consecutive match to seventh ranked EAU (5-7) 125-60. The winners were led by South Sudanese swingman Ruai Luak (198-2004) who scored that evening 32 points, 6 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals and Fabrice Tuyizere supported him with 15 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists. EAU's coach felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Even a double-double of 15 points, 15 rebounds and 4 assists by Samuel Asiribo did not help to save the game for Inspired Gen.. Newly promoted EAU maintains seventh position with 5-7 record. Inspired Gen. at the other side, also newcomer in the league, still closes the standings with 15 games lost.




Inspired Gen. - EAU 60-125

Bottom-ranked Inspired Gen. (0-15) is still winless. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their 15th consecutive match to seventh ranked EAU (5-7) 125-60. EAU dominated down low during the game scoring 88 of its points in the paint compared to Inspired Gen.'s 36. EAU forced 30 Inspired Gen. turnovers and had a 37-26 advantage in offensive rebounds. EAU players were unselfish on offense dishing 41 assists comparing to just 14 passes made by Inspired Gen.'s players. The winners were led by South Sudanese swingman Ruai Luak (198-2004) who scored that evening 32 points, 6 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals and American guard Fabrice Tuyizere (193, college: S.Mountain) supported him with 15 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists. Five EAU players scored in double figures. EAU's coach felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Even a double-double of 15 points, 15 rebounds and 4 assists by Samuel Asiribo did not help to save the game for Inspired Gen.. King Uwishema added 15 points and 11 rebounds for lost side.
