27-year old Ghanian James Amotoe (1998) had a very impressive game in the last round for United Generation Basketball Kigali and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 15.
He had the game-high 27 points adding nine rebounds and three assists for UGB as his team lost the game against REG (#2, 9-3) 90-100. UGB maintains the 6th position in Rwandan league. UGB is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. But it was their 6th lost game this season out of 11 games. In the team's last game Amotoe had a remarkable 64.3% from 2-point range. He turned to be UGB's top player in his first season with the team. Amotoe has impressive league stats. He is league's best scorer averaging so far 26.6ppg. Amotoe is in league's top in assists (6th best: 4.5apg) and averages solid 2.5spg and 52.9% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Prince Muhizi (200-SF-1996) of league's second-best Rwanda Energy Group Kigali. He is international in his 3rd season at REG. In the last game Muhizi recorded an impressive 19 points, 9 rebounds and 3 assists. Of course REG cruised to a 100-90 relatively comfortable win over the lower-ranked UGB (#6, 5-6). REG's second position in the standings has not changed. His team's 9-3 record is not bad at all. Muhizi is one of the most experienced players at REG and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 15.2ppg (#8). He also registered 6.5 boards per game.

Third place about best performers goes to another REG's star - forward Furaha Cadeaux de Dieu (203-F-1998, agency: Remy Munyaneza). Cadeaux de Dieu scored 20 points and grabbed 8 rebounds. He was another key player of Rwanda Energy Group Kigali, helping his team with a 100-90 win against the lower-ranked UGB (#6, 5-6). REG needs these victories very badly if they think about taking over top position in the standings. Their record at this point is 9 victories and 3 lost games. Cadeaux de Dieu has a very solid season. In 11 games in Rwanda he scored 9.3ppg. He also has 5.4rpg and a FGP of 56.7%.

The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3*(REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4*(2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3*(2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3*(3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
