33-year old Chadian forward Ronald Nato (199-F-1992) put on an amazing game in the last round for East Africa University and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 12.
He had a double-double of 19 points and 13 rebounds, while his team edged out Azomco (#8, 3-7) 75-71. EAU maintains the 7th position in Rwandan league. EAU is rather a weak team placed in lower part in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 4-7 record. In the team's last game Nato had a remarkable three three-pointers out of 6 attempts. He just recently signed at EAU, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Nato has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in points (3rd best: 18.6ppg) and rebounds (8th best: 9.4rpg).

Second best performed player last round was Malik Matsouka of Azomco. He is a in his first season at Azomco. In the last game Matsouka recorded an impressive double-double of 27 points and 10 rebounds. Bad luck as Azomco was edged by slightly higher-ranked EAU (#7, 4-7) 75-71. This loss caused Azomco to drop to 8th position in the standings. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 3-7 record. Matsouka is one of the most experienced players at Azomco and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to forward Jean Mouandjo (200-F-2003) of Inspired Generation (#9). Mouandjo scored 27 points and grabbed 21 rebounds (!!!). Despite Mouandjo's great performance the Inspired Gen. lost 45-88 to the higher-ranked Kepler (#5, 4-4). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. Mouandjo has individually a great season in Rwanda. After only 9 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 14.9ppg (7th best) and rebounds with 14.6rpg (2nd best).
