United Generation Basketball Kigali (RBL) signed 27-year-old Ghanaian James Amotoe. He competed for Spintex in the Ghanaian ABL D1 this summer. During the 7 Basketball Africa League games he played, he averaged an impressive 17.9ppg, 5.9rpg, and 3.4apg.
