Tunisia - Rwanda 79-66

Tunisia achieved second win at the World Cup 2027 African Qualifiers. They improved to a 2-0 record in Group C after a 79-66 win at the Salle Multidisciplinaire de Rades.
Both teams nailed 16 points each in the opening period, whilst the hosts took control in the second frame with a 24-15. They added a 21-11 surge in the third quarter and then Rwanda reduced the gap after a narrow win in the last period.
Jawhar Jawadi (189-F-1997) and Firas Lahiani (201-F-1991) top-scored for the winners with 21 points each, whilst Omar Abada (189-PG-1993) notched 18. Dieudonne Ndizeye (201-SG-1996) scored 20 points in a loss and David McCormack (208-C-1999, college: Kansas) had 17.
