Hapoel Holon (Winner League) landed experienced 34-year old American 197cm swingman Jordan McRae (college: Tennessee) for new season. McRae played this summer at APR Basketball Club Kigali in Rwandan RBL league. In four games just recently he averaged 10.5ppg, 4.5rpg, 4.5apg and 1.3spg.
Part of last season he spent at Givova Scafati Basket in Italian Serie A where in 5 games he had 3.8ppg. He also played for Al Ittihad Alexandria (Superleague) in Egyptian league. McRae helped them to make it to the Egyptian League final after they ended regular season as second best team.
In 2014 he was drafted by San Antonio Spurs (NBA) in second round (58th overall). He graduated from University of Tennessee and it will be his twelfth (!!!) season in pro basketball.
McRae is a very experienced player. And here thanks to pro basketball he experienced life in eight different countries playing on five different continents. He is familiar with European, Asian, Australian, African and of course North American leagues. McRae has played previously professionally in Australia (United), China (Ducks), France (Metropolitans), Greece (AEK Betsson), Spain (Baskonia), NBA (Cleveland Cavaliers, Denver Nuggets, Detroit Pistons, Phoenix Suns and Philadelphia 76ers), Israel (Hapoel Tel Aviv) and NBA G League (Cleveland Charge and Delaware Blue Coats).
He was voted to D-League All-Star Game back in 2016.
