Azolibe's double-double lands him Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

25-year old Nigerian power forward Francis Azolibe (206-F/C-1999) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for Tigers BB Kigali and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 18.
He had a double-double of 25 points and 19 rebounds, while his team was edged out by the league's best team Patriots (#1, 14-0) 89-85. Tigers maintains the 5th position in Rwandan league. Tigers is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. But it was their 7th lost game this season out of 15 games. In the team's last game Azolibe had a remarkable 61.5% from 2-point range. He has many years of experience at Tigers, through which he has constantly improved. Azolibe has impressive league stats. He leads league in rebounds with 14.4rpg. Azolibe is in league's top in and averages solid 4.3bpg.

Second best performed player last round was Betoudji Kamndoh of top-ranked Patriots Basketball Club Kigali. He is a in his first season at Patriots. In the last game Kamndoh recorded an impressive double-double of 16 points and 12 rebounds. It was enough for Patriots to edge the lower-ranked Tigers (#5, 8-7) by 4 points 89-85. Of course Patriots still keep the league's top spot. He plays for the best team in the league and Patriots managed to win all 14 games keeping a perfect record. Kamndoh is one of the most experienced players at Patriots and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to another Patriots' star - forward Furaha Cadeaux de Dieu (203-F-1998). Cadeaux de Dieu scored 14 points and grabbed 11 rebounds (!!!). He was another key player of Patriots Basketball Club Kigali, helping his team with a 89-85 win against the lower-ranked Tigers (#5, 8-7). Patriots have amazing season winning all 14 games without a single defeat. Cadeaux de Dieu turns to be one of the very best players in the league while he is also a leader of the top team having his eyes on the championship title. Cadeaux de Dieu has a very solid season. In 5 games in Rwanda he scored 13.0ppg.
