Ronald Nato gets MVP of the Week award for Rwandan RBL

Experienced Chadian Ronald Nato (199-F-1992) put on an amazing game in the last round for Espoir BBC Kigali and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 17.
The 32-year old forward had a double-double of 29 points and 16 rebounds, while his team outclassed, the league's bottom-ranked team Inspired Gen. (#10, 0-15) with 68-point margin 123-55. Espoir maintains the 4th position in Rwandan RBL. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Espoir will need more victories to improve their 9-5 record. In the team's last game Nato had a remarkable three three-pointers out of 6 attempts. He has many years of experience at Espoir, through which he has constantly improved. Nato has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in points (3rd best: 23.3ppg), rebounds (4th best: 10.8rpg) and averages solid 4.0spg.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was another Espoir's star - young international point guard Olivier Turatsinze (185-PG-2001). Turatsinze impressed basketball fans with 31 points and 8 assists. Of course together with Nato he helped Espoir BBC Kigali with another comfortable win outscoring Inspired Gen. (#10, 0-15) 123-55. Espoir's 4th position in the standings has not changed. His team's 9-5 record is not bad at all. Turatsinze is one of the most experienced players at Espoir and similarly like Ronald Nato has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 16.6ppg (#9). He also recorded 4.8 assists per game.

The third best performed player last round was Cyiza Twizeyimana of Kepler BBC Kigali (#6). Twizeyimana showcased his all-around game by recording 18 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists in the last round. He was a key player of Kepler, leading his team to a 79-60 easy win against slightly lower-ranked Orion (#8, 3-12). Twizeyimana has a very solid season. In 12 games in Rwanda he scored 10.9ppg.
