30-year old USA-RWAn guard Adonis Filer (195-G-1993) had an amazing evening in the last round for league's best team APR Basketball Club and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 6.
He had a double-double of 37 points and 11 rebounds, while his team crushed, the league's bottom-ranked team K-Titans (#10, 0-5) with 21-point margin 92-71. It allowed APR to consolidate first place in the Rwandan league. They maintain a perfect record without any lost game in the league. The season is still on an early stage, but APR already had a very good start winning all 6 without losing a single one. In the team's last game Filer had a remarkable 70.6% from 2-point range. He just recently signed at APR, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Florida Atlantic University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Filer is league's best scorer averaging so far 24.5ppg. Filer is in league's top in assists (4th best: 6.2apg) and averages solid 2.2spg and 64.4% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Amisi Saidi (200-C-1987) of United Generation Basketball. He is DR Congolese center in his first season at UGB. In the last game Saidi recorded an impressive double-double of 29 points and 15 rebounds. Bad luck as UGB was edged by the higher-ranked Tigers (#4, 3-3) 75-71. UGB managed to keep the same 7th spot in the standings. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 2-4 record. Saidi is one of the most experienced players at UGB and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 21.8ppg (#4). He also registered 10.8 boards per game.

Third place about best performers goes to guard Fabrice Muhoza (SG) of Espoir BBC Kigali (#5). Muhoza scored 15 points and grabbed 13 rebounds (!!!). He was a key player of Espoir, leading his team to a 88-80 win against Kepler (3-3). Espoir needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 3 victories and 3 lost games. Muhoza has a very solid season. In 4 games in Rwanda he scored 6.8ppg.

The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3*(REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4*(2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3*(2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3*(3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
