REG and APR take 2-0 Semifinal leads

REG and APR took 2-0 Semifinal leads as this year's semi-finals are being played in a best of five series. APR beat Patriots 70-63 and 69-59 to reach 2-0 lead. The Patriots were without American point guard Michael Dixon who suffered a knee injury during the regular season.
REG meanwhile overcame Espoir 85-79 in the opener. In game 2 REG celebrated an easy 93-53 win to take 2-0 advantage.
