Orion - Espoir 88-85 This derby game ended with only three-point defeat on the road of second-best Espoir (14-5) to sixth ranked Orion (11-8) 88-85 on Friday evening. Orion moved-up to fifth place, which they share with K-Titans. Espoir at the other side keeps the second position with five games lost. Patriots - UGB 73-64 Very expected game when 8th ranked UGB (10-11) was defeated on the road by third ranked Patriots (13-2) 73-64 on Friday. Patriots have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 13-2 record having seven points less than leader REG. Loser UGB keeps the eighth place with 11 games lost. Patriots will meet SFTS (#9) in the next round where they are favorite. UGB will have a break next round. REG - Tigers 64-48 RBL top team - REG (17-1) had no problems winning another game. This time they beat seventh ranked Tigers (10-9) in Kigali 64-48. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Tigers. REG have an impressive nine-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 17-1 record. Tigers at the other side keep the seventh place with nine games lost. REG will play against IPRC-Huye (#10) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Tigers will have a break next round. SFTS - APR 66-97 9th ranked SFTS (6-13) was outscored at home by fifth ranked APR (11-2) with the biggest margin this round 97-66 on Friday night. APR moved-up to fourth place. Loser SFTS keeps the ninth position with 13 games lost. APR will meet IPRC-Musanze (#11) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. SFTS will play against Patriots and hope to secure a win. |
