UGB - Orion 66-63 A very close game took place in between UGB and Orion. Sixth ranked UGB (4-4) got a very close home victory over 7th ranked Orion (4-4). UGB managed to escape with a 3-point win 66-63 in the game for the sixth place. The victory was the third consecutive win for UGB. They maintain sixth place with 4-4 record, which they share with defeated Orion. APR - K-Titans 74-58 Rather expected game when 5th ranked K-Titans (5-3) were defeated on the road by third ranked APR (6-1) 74-58 on Friday. The victory was the fifth consecutive win for APR. They maintain third place with 6-1 record having just three points less than leader REG. Newly promoted K-Titans dropped to the fourth position with three games lost. They share it with Espoir. Patriots - Tigers 77-62 Very predictable result when second ranked Patriots (8-1) defeated at home 8th ranked Tigers (3-6) 77-62 on Friday. The victory was the eighth consecutive win for Patriots. They maintain second place with 8-1 record having just one point less than leader REG. Loser Tigers dropped to the ninth position with six games lost. REG - IPRC-Kigali 97-53 The game had a very big importance for second-ranked REG as it allowed them to take a leadership position. REG smashed bottom-ranked IPRC-Kigali at home 97-53. REG (8-0) have an impressive series of eight victories in a row. As mentioned above they are alone now at the top position. IPRC-Kigali at the other side still closes the standings with six games lost. IPRC-Huye - IPRC-Musanze 69-65 Not a big story in a game when bottom-ranked IPRC-Musanze (0-9) was defeated on the road by tenth ranked IPRC-Huye (1-7) 69-65 on Saturday. IPRC-Huye maintains tenth place with 1-7 record. It was IPRC-Musanze's ninth loss in a row. They still close the standings with nine games lost. Patriots - APR 67-60 Undefeated APR (6-1) recorded its first loss on the court of second ranked Patriots. Visitors were defeated by Patriots 67-60. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of APR. The victory was the eighth consecutive win for Patriots. They maintain second place with 8-1 record having just one point less than leader REG. APR at the other side keeps the third position with one game lost. SFTS - IPRC-Musanze 86-57 Everything went according to plan when ninth ranked SFTS (3-3) outscored at home bottom-ranked IPRC-Musanze (0-9) 86-57 on Sunday. SFTS moved-up to eighth place. IPRC-Musanze lost their ninth game in a row. They still close the standings with nine games lost. IPRC-Huye - UGB 54-63 There was no surprise when 10th ranked IPRC-Huye (1-7) was defeated at home by sixth ranked UGB (4-4) 63-54 on Sunday. The victory was the third consecutive win for UGB. They maintain sixth place with 4-4 record, which they share with Orion. Loser IPRC-Huye keeps the tenth position with seven games lost. Tigers - Orion 62-74 The game between closely ranked teams ended with seventh ranked Orion's (4-4) road victory over 8th ranked Tigers (3-6) 74-62 on Sunday. Orion moved-up to sixth place, which they share with UGB. Loser Tigers dropped to the ninth position with six games lost. Espoir - REG 70-76 Rather expected game in Kigali where 4th placed Espoir (5-3) was defeated by leader REG (8-0) 76-70 on Sunday. The victory was the eighth consecutive win for REG. Defending champion keeps a position of league leader. Loser Espoir keeps the fourth place with three games lost. They share the position with K-Titans. |
