RBL Round 28: REG is defeated by Patriots

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of top-ranked REG (23-4) on the court of third ranked Patriots on Friday night. Visitors were defeated by Patriots 83-78. It ended at the same time the 20-game winning streak of REG. Patriots (20-3) have an impressive five-game winning streak. They maintain third position having seven points less than leader REG. REG at the other side still keeps top place with four games lost.
Bottom-ranked UR-CMHS (0-26) is still winless. This time they lost on the road their 26th consecutive match to eleventh ranked Rusizi (6-20) 105-38. Rusizi maintains eleventh position with 6-20 record. UR-CMHS at the other side still closes the standings.

In the last two games of round 28 IPRC-Huye lost to Rusizi on the opponent's court 62-63. SFTS outscored IPRC-Kigali in a home game 84-58.



UGB - APR 41-86

The game in supposed to be also quite interesting. Second ranked APR (22-3) played at the court of 7th ranked UGB (13-10). APR smashed UGB 86-41 on Friday. APR have an impressive ten-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 22-3 record behind leader REG. Loser UGB dropped to the sixth place with ten games lost. They share the position with IPRC-Kigali.
