Espoir BBC Kigali (D1) inked 31-year old Congolese Patrick Mupanda Buzangu (85). He played recently at Mazembe in DR Congolese D1 league. Buzangu inked a one-year deal. His team made it to the African Champions Cup Final Four in 2010.
Buzangu has played also professionally in DR Congo for Kauka.
