Rwandan Basketball League (Division 1) History

The Division 1 (D1) is the first-tier professional women's basketball league in Rwanda. D1 was established in 2007.
The D1 sits above the which effectively forms the of Rwandan basketball.
At the end of regular season, top 4 teams qualify to the play-offs.
