Stade Malien secured BAL Elite 16 ticket as they defeated Nigelec 82-55. The team from Mali posted an 82-55 win in Niamey. Stade Malien opened the game with a 21-11 run and led 20 points at the halftime. Moreover they posted two narrow wins in the second half for the final success.
Ibrahim Sevede (203-C-1989) stepped up with 18 points, whilst Souleymane Berte netted 13 and Mamadou Keita (192-G-1993) had 12.
