The Poly dodgers and the Tomahawks WBA are once again going to meet in the Khomas Regional Finals, after beating their opponents in the the 2nd game in the best of 3 playoffs Semi-Finals! Poly Dodgers vs WCE Flames - 94 : 28 WCE Flames vs Poly Dodgers - 31 : 93 Tomahawks WBA vs Civics Starzz - 61 : 54 Civics Starzz vs Tomahawks - 49 : 69 The unexpected has happened, the Clear Essence Pretty Boys Katutura Titans beat the (Almost Undeafeated) Tomahawks in game 1, never letting this ones see the lead for the whole game. In game 2 the T'Hawks came back thrice as strong beating the Clear Essence Team by 22 points! Tomahawks MBA vs Katutura Titans - 80 : 93 Katutura Titans vs Tomahawks MBA - 80 : 102 The 3rd game of this series is taking place at UNAM on "Tue, 27 Sept 05". As for the National Champions, Civics Suns, they were swept by their Number 1 rivals, the UBC Rebels! Civics Suns vs UBC Rebels - 57 : 66 UBC Rebels vs Civics Suns - 84 : 78 Civics Coach said it after the game that the Rebels are just a better TEAM, while the Suns are simple a better TIM (note the use of the letter "I" in team). As for mad plays this weekend, Yobe Mwale nailed 6x3pts in game 1 (vs Tomahawks) and Murere L dunked on Paulus Hamulenge in game 2. As for Rebels vs Civics (Not the other way around), Eric Norman (Junior) sent Nigel Mubita to the floor with one of those incredible crossovers in game 1, while Brian Hore (Bidza) dunked violently over Carlos Anibal on an Alley-Hoop. Still on game two, Bidza blocked David Shikongo (Aakiti) on an attempt to dunk, but Junior came to rescue on the payback, blocking Bidza on an attempt to dunk shortly after Aakiti's incident.
