Costa do Sol posted the initial win in Harare at the Road to BAL Group E. They overcame Basket Hounds 86-62 for a 1-2 record.
Nilton Seifane (1989) and Ayad Munguambe (197-SF-1996) stepped up with 20 points each for the winners. Innocent Zhomwa (194-F-1999) replied with 12 points. Basket Hounds suffered their first loss and dropped at 2-1 record.
