Costa do Sol keeps Caifaz for another season

Defending champion Costa do Sol Maputo (D1) re-signed 32-year old ex-international 198cm guard Milton Caifaz. He played there last season. The last season he played at Atletico Sport Aviation Luanda in Angolan Division I. But in only one game he did not score anything.
He was also a member of the Mozambique international program for some years. Caifaz played for Mozambique Senior National Team between 2017 and 2020 and previously for the University National Team back in 2015.
He also represented Mozambique at the Afrobasket Championship seven years ago. During this event he scored an average of 3.3 points per game and had rebounds per game.
Caifaz has played previously also in Portugal (Imortal). He won Mozambican League championship title in 2023.
