Fer.Maputo inks Baru Adjehi

Defending champion Ferroviario de Maputo (D1) agreed to terms with 29-year old Ivorian international center Baru Adjehi (206cm-102kg-91, college: Charleston). He moved there from Randers Cimbria Basketball in Danish BasketLigaen. In 20 games he had 4.5ppg and 3.3rpg last season.

He is quite an experienced player. Adjehi has played in five different countries on four different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America, and North America). He has played previously professionally also in Argentina (CA Platense), Bulgaria (Beroe), China (Luoyang and Song Dynasty Team), and Spain (Leyma Basquet and Cambados).

The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others Adjehi's team was a regular-season runner-up in Danish League in 2020. He was also voted CAA All-Defensive Team back in 2014.

Adjehi attended the College of Charleston until 2015 and it is his seventh season as a professional player.
