De Sousa's pro career starts at UCAM Jairis

Clitan De Sousa

UCAM-Probelte Jairis (LF2) landed 24-year old Mozambique international guard Clitan De Sousa (183-96). She is the second foreign player in the roster as USA Lynn Leaupepe signed here earlier.
De Sousa just graduated from OK State (NCAA). She has played there for the last three years.
As mentioned above De Sousa is just out of the college and it will be her first season in pro basketball.
De Sousa has been also a member of Mozambique international program for some years. She has regularly played for Mozambique senior team since 2019 and previously for University National Team back in 2015.
De Sousa also represented Mozambique at the World University Games in Gwangju (South Korea) five years ago. Her stats at that event were 6 games: 7.5ppg, 7.8rpg, 1.8spg, FGP: 45.7%, 3PT: 15.4%, FT: 43.8%.
