Ferrovario de Maputo celebrated the D1 title. They overcame Costa do Sol in the championship clash. Ferrovario de Maputo earned a 57:51 victory to conquer the trophy.
Ferrovario eked out an 11:6 lead after the opening quarter. They maintained the lead throughout the second term. However Costa do Sol pulled within a single point at halftime 23:24. Costa do Sol erased the deficit in the third term. They tied things up at 35 heading into the fourth quarter. It all came down to the final minutes in this one. Ferrovario stayed cool in the decisive moments and snatched a tough victory at the end.
Politechnica earned the Bronze medals. They edged Ferrovario de Maxaquene 53:44 in the consolation final.
