DEX-H Round 17 (Regular Season): Top-ranked FUS Rabat wins another game

DEX-H top team - FUS Rabat (15-1) had no problems winning another game on Monday. This time they crushed thirteenth ranked CPAM (1-12) in Midelt 122-58. FUS Rabat have an impressive series of twelve victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place with 15-1 record, which they share with MAS Fez. CPAM lost seventh consecutive game. They keep the thirteenth position with 12 games lost. FUS Rabat is looking forward to face AS Sale (#4) on the road in the next round. CPAM will play against Larache (#10) and is hoping to prove to their supporters that they can break losing series.
The game in Essaouira was also worth to mention about. Fourth ranked AS Sale (10-3) played at the court of 8th ranked Essaouira (7-9). AS Sale did not have too big problems and got a relatively easy victory 80-62. AS Sale maintains fourth place with 10-3 record. Essaouira at the other side dropped to the seventh position with nine games lost. They share it with FAR Rabat. AS Sale will play against league's leader FUS Rabat at home in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Essaouira will play against ASCHBB (#14) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
Worth to mention about the upset in a game between FAR Rabat (7-9) and ASC (4-12), which took place in Casablanca. Higher ranked FAR Rabat lost to twelfth ranked ASC in a road game 66-70 on Monday. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of FAR Rabat. Newly promoted ASC maintains twelfth place with 4-12 record. Loser FAR Rabat keeps the seventh position with nine games lost. They share it with Essaouira. ASC will meet higher ranked MTB (#6) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. FAR Rabat will play against the league's second-placed MAS Fez and will have a slim chance for a victory.

In the last game of round 17 Larache was smashed by MAS Fez on the road 79-60.



Essaouira - AS Sale 62-80
