DEX-D Round 9 (Regular Season): FUS Rabat beats FAR Rabat by three after a very close game

The most exciting game of round 9 in the DEX-D took place in Rabat. This derby game ended with only three-point defeat on the road of 4th placed FAR Rabat (4-4) to second ranked FUS Rabat (6-2) 48-45 in the game for the second place. FUS Rabat maintains second place with 6-2 record having just two points less than leader KACM. FAR Rabat at the other side dropped to the third position with four games lost. They share it with ASG. FUS Rabat will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. FAR Rabat will play against ASC and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
An interesting game for KACM (7-0) which hosted in Marrakech 3rd placed ASG (4-4). Leader KACM had an easy win 107-56. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of ASG. Undefeated KACM have an impressive series of seven victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place with 7-0 record. ASG at the other side keeps the third position with four games lost. They share it with FAR Rabat. KACM will play against RCOZ (#6) in Oued Zem in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. ASG will play against RCA and hopes to get back on the winning track.
The game in was also quite interesting. Fifth ranked ASC (3-5) played at the court of 7th ranked RCA (1-7). ASC defeated RCA 53-39 on Saturday. ASC maintains fifth place with 3-5 record, which they share with MAT. RCA lost their fifth game in a row. Newly promoted team keeps the seventh position with seven games lost. ASC will meet at home higher ranked FAR Rabat (#4) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. RCA will play against ASG and hope to win that game.

In the last game of round 9 MAT smashed CSYG on the road 82-47.

We could consider it a predictable result in the game between close teams when sixth ranked MAT (3-5) crushed on the road 5th ranked CSYG (3-4) 82-47 on Sunday. The victory was the third consecutive win for MAT. They moved-up to fifth place, which they share with ASC. CSYG lost their fourth game in a row. They keep the fifth position with four games lost. MAT will meet at home higher ranked AUIB (#3) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. CSYG will play against the league's second-placed CODM in Meknes and hope to secure a win.
