DEX-H Round 6 (Regular Season): FUS Rabat defeat AS Sale

The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of AS Sale (2-1) on the court of second ranked FUS Rabat on Monday night. Visitors were defeated by FUS Rabat 70-65. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of AS Sale. Defending champion maintains second position with 5-1 record behind leader MAS Fez. AS Sale at the other side dropped to the ninth place with one game lost. FUS Rabat are looking forward to face bottom-ranked ASCHBB (#14) in the next round which should be an easy win for them. AS Sale will play against Larache (#11) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
Another interesting game for IRT Tanger (4-2) which played in Marrakech against KACM (3-3). Fifth ranked IRT Tanger had an easy win 77-59. IRT Tanger have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to third place. KACM at the other side keeps the sixth position with three games lost. They share it with Essaouira and MTB. IRT Tanger will play against WAC (#5) in Casablanca in the next round. KACM will play at home against ASC and hopes to get back on the winning track.
CPAM's fans can finally celebrate the first win of their team after five consecutive losses. The victory is especially important as they edged much higher ranked Larache (2-4) 41-39 on Saturday. CPAM (1-5) left bottom position moving up to thirteenth place. It was Larache's fourth loss in a row. They dropped to the tenth position with four games lost. They share it with FAR Rabat and ASC. CPAM will meet higher ranked FAR Rabat (#10) on the road in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Larache will play against AS Sale and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

There were no big surprises in other games of round 6: winless ASCHBB was beaten by Essaouira on the road 90-80. WAC lost to CODM on its own court 86-89. FAR Rabat lost to undefeated MAS Fez in a road game 53-85. ASC managed to beat MTB at home 70-59.

There was a minor upset when one of their biggest challengers WAC (3-2) was edged by ninth ranked CODM (3-2) in Casablanca 89-86 on Monday. CODM moved-up to fourth place, which they share with defeated WAC. CODM will meet at home Essaouira (#7) in the next round. WAC will play against IRT Tanger and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

KACM - IRT Tanger 59-77
