Majd Tanger Basketball signs Dashaun Wiggins, ex Mayrouba

Dashaun Wiggins

Majd Tanger Basketball (DEX-H) signed 33-year old American guard Dashaun Wiggins (188cm-86kg-1991, college: Portland State). He joins another USA player Devin Cooper who is already in the roster.
He played last season at Mayrouba in Lebanese LBL league. In four games he had 14.3ppg, 4.5rpg, 3.0apg and 2.3spg.
He is quite experienced player. He has played in eight different countries on four different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America). Wiggins has played previously professionally in Costa Rica (Coopenae ARBA San Jose), Cyprus (Paralimni and APOP Paphou), Georgia (RASHI Tbilisi), Germany (Chemnitz), Indonesia (Pelita Jaya and NSH Mountain Gold Timika), Taiwan (Pauian) and Dominican Republic (Santiago Basket).
Among many awards he played in the final of Indonesian IBL in 2023. He was voted to Asia-Basket.com All-Indonesian IBL Honorable Mention in 2023.
Wiggins graduated from Portland State in 2015 and it will be his tenth season as a professional player. He played for other colleges like: Howard College, TX, Utah State University Eastern.
