DEX-D Round 8 (Regular Season): FUS Rabat lose to MTB

The most important game in the last round took place in Rabat between second ranked FUS Rabat (6-2) and fifth ranked MTB (6-2) on Sunday night. FUS Rabat was defeated by MTB in a tough game at home 67-71. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of FUS Rabat. Defending champion moved-up to second place, which they share with 3 other teams including defeated FUS Rabat. MTB is looking forward to face MAT (#5) in Tetouan in the next round. FUS Rabat will play against RCA Casabl. and is hoping to win this game.
DEX-D top team - IRT (8-0) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat tenth ranked FAR (1-7) in Tanger 65-55. Undefeated IRT have an impressive eight-game winning streak. Newly promoted IRT maintains first position with 8-0 record. FAR lost sixth consecutive game. They dropped to the eleventh place with seven games lost. They share the position with RCA Casabl.. IRT will play against IRAN (#9) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. FAR will play against ASG and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
The game in supposed to be also quite interesting. Third ranked KACM (6-2) played at the court of 7th ranked AUIB (3-5). KACM smashed AUIB 82-49 on Sunday. KACM moved-up to second place, which they share with 3 other teams. AUIB at the other side keeps the seventh position with five games lost. They share it with RCOZ. KACM will meet at home RCOZ (#8) in the next round where they are favorite. AUIB will play against CODM in Meknes and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

In the last two games of round 8 IRAN was beaten by MAT on the road 71-57. RCOZ destroyed RCA Casabl. on its own court 56-35.
