DEX-D Round 13 of Regular Season

Here is the last round review presented by LBM Management.

Second defeat of league's leader KACM (11-2) against second ranked MTB (10-2) 60-54 was the most important game of the last round. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of KACM. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Defending champion keeps a position of league leader. KACM at the other side dropped to the second place with two games lost. They were replaced at the leadership position by MTB. KACM will play next round against CODM trying to make it back to the top of the standings. MTB will try to continue on its current victory against seventh ranked ASG on the road.
Bottom-ranked IRAN is still unable to win any game. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their 12th consecutive match to seventh ranked ASG (7-5) 65-57. ASG moved-up to fifth place, which they share with CODM. IRAN at the other side still closes the standings with 12 games lost. ASG will play against league's leader MTB in Tanger in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. IRAN will play against AUIB (#8) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
The game in Tetouan was also quite interesting. Third ranked FUS Rabat (10-3) played at the court of 5th ranked MAT (7-6). FUS Rabat managed to secure a 8-point victory 54-46 on Sunday. FUS Rabat have an impressive series of eight victories in a row. They maintain third place with 10-3 record having just one point less than leader MTB. Loser MAT dropped to the sixth position with six games lost. FUS Rabat will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. MAT will play against WAC (#9) and hope to secure a win.

In the last game of round 13 FAR was beaten by WAC on the road 55-51.

There was a surprise result when tenth ranked WAC (2-10) beat 4th placed FAR (8-5) in Casablanca 55-51 on Sunday. WAC moved-up to ninth place. Loser FAR keeps the fourth position with five games lost. WAC will meet higher ranked MAT (#6) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. FAR will have a break next round.
