DEX-D Round 8 (Regular Season): MTB hands first loss to KACM

Here is the last round review presented by LBM Management.

The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of KACM (5-1) in Marrakech on Wednesday night. Hosts were edged by MTB (9-0) 46-44. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of KACM. Undefeated MTB have an impressive nine-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 9-0 record. KACM at the other side keeps the second place with one game lost. MTB are looking forward to face FUS Rabat (#3) on the road in the next round, which may be the game of the day. There were no big surprises in other games of round 8: FAR beat ASG on the road 64-49. AUIB lost to FUS Rabat on its own court 67-71. Winless RCOZ was outscored by CODM in Meknes 27-47.

AUIB - FUS Rabat 67-71

Very expected game when 8th ranked AUIB (2-4) lost at home to fourth ranked FUS Rabat (5-2) 71-67 on Sunday. FUS Rabat have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to third place. AUIB lost third consecutive game. Newly promoted team dropped to the seventh position with four games lost. They share it with ASG. FUS Rabat will meet at home league's leader MTB in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. AUIB will play against FAR (#4) in Rabat and hope to secure a win.

Very predictable result when sixth ranked CODM (4-3) rolled over bottom-ranked RCOZ (0-7) in Meknes 47-27 on Sunday. CODM maintains sixth position with 4-3 record.
