Other games in round 4 were not that significant. MAS Fez beat Larache on the road 78-62. ASA won against KACM on its own court 70-66. FAR Rabat managed to outperform RCA Casabl. in a road game 75-65.

DEX-H top team - FUS Rabat (4-0) managed to deliver another win on Saturday. This time they beat sixth ranked WAC (1-2) 72-62. FUS Rabat have a solid four-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 4-0 record. Loser WAC dropped to the eighth place with two games lost.
