IRT Tanger tabs Lorenzo Cugini

Lorenzo Cugini

IRT Tanger (DEX-H) has signed Lorenzo Cugini, a 30-year-old American forward who also holds an Italian passport. Cugini, who played college basketball at High Point, most recently played for =PS Karlsruhe Lions in the German ProA league. In 41 games last season, he averaged 12.2 points per game, 2.7 rebounds per game, and 1.3 assists per game. Cugini's contributions helped the team reach the semifinals. He has also played for Lions in the British Basketball League (BBL).=
He graduated from High Point University in 2016, and this upcoming season will mark his eighth in professional basketball.
