Rakia Lane (ex Fayal SC) is a newcomer at MAT Moghreb Tetouan

MAT Moghreb Tetouan (DEX-D) added to their roster American guard Rakia Lane (170cm, college: Philander Smith) for season 2023-24. She is the second foreign player in the roster as Senegalese Astou Fall signed here earlier.
She played last season at Fayal Sport Club in Portuguese D2 league.
Despite young age she had impressive career. Her college team won Southland Conference Tournament in 2016. She was voted to NAIA All-America Honorable Mention in 2022.
She attended Philander Smith College until 2022 and it will be her second season as a professional player.
