Phoenix Belfast Rockets (Division 1) tabbed American 175cm swingman Jemimah Ashby (college: Augustana) for new season.

The last time (2021-2022) she played at AMIB Casablanca in Moroccan D1. In 14 games she averaged an impressive 16.0ppg, 8.2rpg, 3.6apg, 3.0spg, FGP: 50.9%. AMIB would go on to win the Moroccan Throne Cup for the first time in club history.

She has played previously professionally in USA and WUBA (GIE Matrix and Atlanta LL). Her team was regular season runner-up in PeachBelt East Division in 2012 and 2014.

Among many awards she was voted USBasket.com All-WUBA Rookie of the Year back in 2015.

Ashby graduated from Augustana University in 2014 and it will be her tenth season in pro basketball.
