D1 Round 13: No surprise as #1 AMIB defeat RSB Berkane

D1 top team - AMIB (8-0) had no problems winning another game on Saturday. This time they crushed eighth ranked RSB Berkane (0-8) 77-48. Undefeated AMIB have an impressive series of eight victories in a row. They maintain first place with 8-0 record. RSB Berkane at the other side still closes the standings with eight games lost. AMIB are looking forward to face Larache (#3) at home in the next round, which may be the game of the day. RSB Berkane will play against CRA Hoceima (#7) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
The game in Yznasn was also worth to mention about. Second ranked IRT Tanger (7-2) played at the court of 6th ranked Club Bni (3-5). IRT Tanger did not have too big problems and got a relatively easy victory 77-60. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for IRT Tanger. They maintain second place with 7-2 record having just four point less than leader AMIB. Newly promoted Club Bni dropped to the fifth position with five games lost. They share it with RCA Casabl.. IRT Tanger will play against MAS Fez (#5) at home in the next round. Club Bni will play against Majd T. in Tanger and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
The game in Casablanca was also quite interesting. 5th ranked CSCETB (2-4) played at the court of seventh ranked RCA Casabl. (3-5). RCA Casabl. defeated CSCETB 70-54 on Monday. The victory was the third consecutive win for RCA Casabl.. They moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Club Bni. CSCETB lost their third game in a row. They dropped to the seventh position with four games lost. RCA Casabl.'s supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Casablanca to the arena WAC.
