D1 Round 28: CRA Hoceima hand first defeat to MAS Fez

MAS Fez (13-1) recorded its first loss in Al Hoceima on Monday night. Visitors were defeated by eighth ranked CRA Hoceima (4-8) 86-77. It ended at the same time the 13-game winning streak of MAS Fez. CRA Hoceima maintains eighth position with 4-8 record. MAS Fez at the other side still keeps top place with one game lost. They share the position with FUS Rabat.
An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Tanger. Third ranked CPAM faced their biggest opponent IRT Tanger. Guests from Midelt (7-5) defeated host IRT Tanger (7-6) 62-50. It was a key game for the second position in the league. CPAM moved-up to second place. IRT Tanger at the other side dropped to the third position with six games lost.
The game in Safi was also quite interesting. Sixth ranked WAC (5-10) played at the court of 8th ranked OSC Safi (1-13). WAC managed to secure a 4-point victory 88-84 on Sunday. WAC moved-up to fifth place. OSC Safi lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the eighth position with 13 games lost.
