Sunday, the Smouha Sporting Club become the second team to get access to the Final Four of the FIBA African Basket-Ball League 2019.

With an incredible crowd supporting Smouha, Augustine Okosun and James Justice did scored 23 points each to beat Al Ahly, the Egyptian champion 88-81.
For Al Ahly,Reginal Holmes (18 Points) and Todd O'Brien (17 pts & 17 Rebounds) where not enough to get the spot in the first Final 4 of ABL.

With this victory,Smouha SC is making an impressive series of 5-0 and will join the angolan Primeiro D'Agosto .

Despite an 7 points advance in the half-time (40-33),Smouha SC has to refocus to beat Ahly, who was in confidence...
Even if Ahly started with an initial 6-0,with a strong defense to put in trouble Smouha, the offensive part was bit more complicated with an 38 % Goal fields (28/73).

Since Al Ahly season in ABL is officially done, the winner of the FIBA African Champions Cup 2016,did finish on a 2-3 results and will focus on the play-offs Superleague 2019.
Smouha will follow his dream to conquer the title of Africa.
